  • What is the minimum age?

    The minimum age to play PAINTBALL at our park is 7 years old for Gotcha Paintball and 9 years old for regular paintball. 

    Is paintball suitable for children?

    Parents need to know about the nature of the activity and decide for themselves whether their particular child is mature enough to participate in paintball. To assist you with this decision, please contact our friendly staff members at (727)862-2222 for further information. Our knowledgeable staff members will gladly answer any of your questions and provide you with advice that will help when making your decision.

    Is paintball a safe sport?

    Paintball is one of the safest sports and statistically has the least number of injuries of all sports – which include baseball, bowling, fishing and many other sports. As with any other sport/activity, there is always the potential for injury. As long as standard safety rules are followed and the proper use of industry developed & approved safety equipment is utilized, paintball is one of the safest, participatory sports in the world.

    What is open play?

    Open Play or Walk-On’s are like “pick up” games of paintball. Open Play is group is a mixture of all ages and is comprised of all players who show up to play without a reservation. Individuals or groups are welcomed to join Open Play. 

    Do we offer Private Play?

    Yes. Private play is offered for groups. For private play, we have additional staff members that we will bring in if available. The Private Game Host will organize and supervise your group through the day. Your Private Game Host will take you to any of our playing fields of your choice. This option is only available when requested at least 48 hours in advance from the outing date. While we offer this option, it is not always available. To find out availability, you need to call at least 48 hour in advance and you will be charged $100 upon confirmation of your Game Host if we are able to provide one. We do not recommend this option for smaller groups of 6 or less.

    What do I need to bring with me?

    Players should wear old comfortable clothing (ex: military pants, sweat pants and shirts, overalls, denim, etc) and may also want to bring a change of clothes for the conclusion of the game day. We do offer Jump Suits / coveralls for purchase. The most suitable footwear would be a light boot but old running shoes are most commonly worn. Metal cleats are NOT allowed. If you don’t have your own, we sell specially made paintball gloves and other gear at the park’s pro-shop. 

    Will I need to fill out a registration form?

    Yes. All players are required to register and fill out a Waiver and Release of Liability form before they begin to play. Players under the age of 18 years old are required to have their parent/guardian fill out their waiver form which can be done online by clicking our Waiver form located on the bottom right corner of our website page. If parent will not be present at the time of registration, it is mandatory that the parent list his/her drivers license number on the waiver form.

    Will I need an ID card?

    Yes. All players 18 years or older must have a valid government-issued identification card at the time of registration. In order to rent any equipment, you will be required to provide an ID card  that we will hold until all the rental equipment is returned. Please keep in mind that minors (under 18 years old) will need a parent/guardian present with a current and valid government-issued ID card for us to hold until all rental equipment is returned.

    Is rental equipment available at the park?

    Yes. We have everything you need to play paintball at GATOR PAINTBALL EXTREME PAINTBALL PARK. Our standard package includes a .68 caliber marker, 200 round hopper, 3000 PSI air tank and safety goggles.  In order to rent any equipment, you will need to provide an ID card which we will hold until all rental equipment is returned. Please keep in mind that you will need to have a current and valid government-issued ID card presented at the time of the rental pick-up.

    Can I bring my own paintball equipment?

    Yes. You can bring your own equipment to the park. We reserve the right to disallow certain equipment which does not meet our standards. Your equipment must meet the following criteria:

    • Goggles must be designed for paintball play – free of cracks and cannot be altered in anyway.
    • Paintball Markers must meet standard industry safety criteria. Maximum allowed velocity is 280 FPS. All paintball markers must have a barrel sleeve on when not in play.

    Can I bring my own paintballs?

    NO We are a field-paint only facility and we do not allow outside paintballs brought into our facility. We exclusively sell our paintballs and will eject any player found using off-field paintballs. No refunds/exceptions!

    Are food and drinks available at the park?

    Yes. We offer a full-service concession stand that carries an assortment of hot/cold foods and beverages. 

    Can I bring my own food and refreshments?

    Yes. You can also order food to be delivered. We do not have nor can we provide storage for food or cakes. Please make arrangements when dealing with cakes that require refrigeration. 

    What happens if it rains?

    The games go ahead regardless, in all weather conditions – except hazardous weather which involves lightning. If lightning is present for more than two hours before 12:00 noon, we will offer a raincheck for those that decide to leave due to the weather conditions. There are no refunds for paintballs purchased regardless of weather or any other reason. This applies to opened or unopened bags/cases.

    What happens on the day of arrival?

    Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will get you checked-in and registered. Once completed, you will be attend a sefety briefing where you will learn all the safety rules of the game. For players who rent equipment, you will be outfitted with your rental equipment in the Pro Shop. After these steps, you will be ready to play on our fields. Our staff members will direct you to the next available open game where all the action begins! Throughout the day, you will play on a variety of our cutting-edge fields and will participate in an assortment of different-style games that will be sure to get your adrenaline flowing.

    REFUNDS POLICY

    All SALES ARE FINAL 
    No Refunds On Admission Fees Or Paintballs Purchased regardless if they have been opened or not. 

    Rain checks are only offered to players if we have had more than two hours of game stoppages due to lightning presence between 9 and 12 noon, so long as the person decides to leave on or before 12 noon. Rain checks are good for 30 days from date issued.

    DEPOSITS POLICY

    While we offer the ability to prepay for a party in advance in our website thru the "BOOK IT" button, if unable to pay in full in advance, you can simply reserve your group outing with a flat deposit fee of $75 for every 5 rentals, which will secure your rental equipment.

    Once a deposit has been collected, customers will be given a onetime opportunity to re-schedule a reservation in the event that they have to re-schedule their original reservation, as long as the cancellation request is made with at least 48 hours in advance notice. Please note that any deposit made must be refunded the day of your reservation to the credit card used when you pay in full for your rental equipment. Deposits can NOT be used as a credit. 

    NO SHOW DEPOSIT FORFEITURE

    If a party does not show the day of the reservation, the deposit will be forfeited and used to cover the loss of revenue of not being able to rent out the equipment to other guests.
